I might buy some of the Starcraft stuff and reverse-engineer it, like I did with some of the Halo stuff, but that's probably as far as I'll go.

Megabloks got LOTR? I thought that was some other fly-by-night company, Intelli-blocks or Imagibricks or some other stupid company that lasted like a month at most.

Well it may not have been lego that got these games so it wont be ass awesome but megaboks is better than other things and it isn't all bad.
Only 2 things are infinite the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not so sure about the former- Albert Einstien.

wow, did anyone get any of the LotR sets? I've been waiting for lego to pick that up for quite some time... It seems like they could, potentially, because of their kingdom lines almost always being similar. The only problem I see is that they're going for a younger audience, which doesn't watch that stuff :?

Really? Hum, so I shouldn't have let my seven-year-old watch all three of the LotR movies? Nor bought him the vid-game when he asked?

If the target age watched the PotC movies I am sure they also watch the LotR movies.

Kids will watch anything that's aggressively marketed towards them, because they have no taste and are stupid. With a toyline and heavy marketing backgrounds, I could totally reel in a bunch of kids to watch any kind of movie/series/animation and make them tear their mums skirts while begging for some corresponding merchandise.

[self-induced ignorance]POTC lost my respect with the last movie, You know the one they split in two for no good reason? at least they saw sense to not make another one after those two shit-fests.[/self-induced ignorance]

I think not. The first PotC was pretty good, while Twilight is shit through and through.

But they decided to split the last Twilight movie in two because the book was so damn long... or am I thinking of something else here? Hmm.
