Aaand back off-topic. I prefer metal minis, just because they're much more durable (the swords won't bend, etc.). Also, I'm not a painter, never have been. as of now my figure is unpainted and will most likely remain so, but I still enjoy looking at that much more than a paper cutout. as to the modding, I have no trouble at all cutting off weapons and such. I generally play lightly armored characters, so I chose a lightly armored figure, and then swapped out stuff as I went along. I think about figurines as caricatures of your character, almost. Since nothing's going to be exact, why not make it semi--exact and look really cool? your character doesn't have a huge-ass sword? who cares? I appreciate looking at them much more than I appreciate accuracy

Thanks Rev. for the pic. I got one of these guys yesterday and have already used him for BrikWars carnage. Still can't find my camera though, so it was carnage for carnage sake only.Rev. Sylvanus wrote:x 1

I think i'm enjoying the gladiator in this series more than the dwarf. He's going to fit nicely into a barbarian unit I've assembled (islander and yellow viking torsos)sjosten wrote: Thanks Rev. for the pic.
