Sand blue hnnnnnggg. The alien guy looks pretty good too, but I hope that helmet's copper instead of brown.
I'll be honest I wish that Lego would stop pushing the whole DROID as Minifig thing. These sets just end up sitting on the shelf. Color scheme is pretty useless, one ugly non-canon minifig and 2 constructs posing as minifigs. I wouldn't buy this set on clearance with free money. Here's another 2014 shelf warmer (if the 10 dollar price is to be believed)

I play with Lego because professional architectural creativity is stifled by bureaucrats, fools and reality.

I really wish they'd rerelease the Fighter Tank for once, instead of just constantly remaking that thing. I could probably flied a squadron if I collected all the different models.

I'd buy that. I could use the parts for a bunch of different things.

If anything that microfighter is worth getting for the slew of tan parts you can get.

Those do look cool. They look like a good way to snag some of the more expensive or hard to get mini-figs.

That's quite a few interesting parts for ten bucks. I'd say it's probably worth it.

I think the other sets all have merit and yes tan parts are cool...but I don't spend money like that on crap...I bought one of the Star Wars planet mini sets...just one. I wanted Lobot for my collection and so I bought it on clearance...these sets are meant to replace those...and with the exception of the droid set I think these are great. Just no way I spend 10 bucks and not get a minifig for such a low part count.

If you're worried about part count, then just buy those bulk packs of briks. I tend to look more for interesting and unique parts when purchasing.

I think you're missing the point...I have more than enough bricks, I actually have the bulk of my collection in storage...I don't really need more. So the enticement for me to buy is unique/new/rare parts and colors I don't have and minifigs I don't have...I don't need bulk bricks. That said, why would I buy something that looks like between 50-75 pieces for what they're predicting to be about 10 dollars (which probably means 11.99)? Those parts don't look that unique or special to me and that price per brick seems excessive without a real minifig...regardless of whether or not they're tan.

I think you actually don't care about the part count and are just prejudiced against robots.

Ain't no shame in my game. I am a ROBOT RACIST...especially when those robots are so friggin stupid. We could have had an awesome Clone War...we got inept robots that get confused and talk to each other in stuttering foolish speak. Rodger rodger?!?!? FUCK ROBOTS!
