God dammit, now I really regret that I took pics for this soap ahead of time. My vacation from internship's over too, so I don't have another real shot at more takes either.BFenix wrote:Quantumsurfer wrote:Yeah. That scene is from a webcomic called homestuck, which is really good, and is totally not all about aliens with candy corn horns, but also has Chessmen mobsters and Pool-ball time mobsters, as well as a whole load of real cool animations and about 15 albums of original music. I'd reccomend giving it a shot if you have free time on a regular basis. It's really long, but really worth the read. http://www.mspaintadventures.com/
The only unflawed system is Lego System.

Well, most of it's worth the read. Some of the conversations can get really convoluted.Scratch wrote:That scene is from a webcomic called homestuck, which is really good, and is totally not all about aliens with candy corn horns, but also has Chessmen mobsters and Pool-ball time mobsters, as well as a whole load of real cool animations and about 15 albums of original music. One of my friends at school's really into Homestuck. I myself am not into it.Zupponn wrote:Well, most of it's worth the read. Re: All's Fair in Love and War

A battle rages across Colette’s chessboard universe.

Colette: Overwatch, Vami is checking you. Although I ordinarily disdain kibitzing, might I suggest you move Silvadream to intercept the attack?

Overwatch: I decline your advice.
Colette: You move your king so early in the game? You are a veritable neophyte—you always hold your king back so you can castle.
Overwatch: I’m not afraid of you, Colette, and I am coming out to face you. You might think differently, but I refuse to hide behind those I love and put them in danger to avoid fighting you. If a king doesn’t lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow?

Silvadream: Overwatch ur my hero. omg that speech was so inspiring i cry everytime.

Colette: ‘Tis a pity. Your brazen audacity buys you nothing, Overwatch.

Colette: Checkmate.

It's too bad that minifig hood doesn't come in white; it would be cool to make a white Vami for the chess game.

Damn I got schooled
The worst part is that I'm assigned to the LEGO Superheroes department this year and somehow I still managed to forget about this

Re: All's Fair in Love and War
I have the viking version as well. At this point however, I ended up taking apart most of the figures and now the case it just sitting around.
