President Obama: I have assembled you all, the leaders of NATO’s superpowers and veto powers, for a final briefing on Operation Dominion’s Call.
President Kuroki: Soon, our ships will reach Bavaria and we will finally eliminate the Third Alliance menace once and for all.
Lord Hearcer: Thusly the AN-TA conflict will finally end and allow us to refocus our resources on the true galactic priority, the Immortal War.
Space Lord Retragon: I apologize for not being able to attend in person, but I need to sort out the logistics and coordination of our fleets from Staging System Juno.
Prime Minister Wellesley: We would demand an apology for your tardiness and unresponsiveness first. The irresponsible manner in which you have handled the final battle of the AN-TA War deserves reproach and—
Space Lord Retragon: I assure you that I have been hard at work trying to—
President Obama: That’s enough. Let us settle the issue of the Praetorians’ inefficiency later. For now, we must focus on the operation at hand. Admiral Retragon, the fleets are ready now, correct?
Space Lord Retragon: I can confirm that all fleets are ready. Fleet admirals, please report in.

Space Lord Retragon: Switching to tactical view, we have here a rough outline of Operation Dominion’s Call.
Space Lord Retragon: Trattorian and Praetorian forces will convene with the Assyrian fleets at Staging System Juno while the USA Eisenpower carrier group organizes at Staging System Sword. They will then slog the long way along trade routes until they convene at the Mid-Point Jump Beacon, where we’ll use the stolen Der Vorsprung (courtesy of the Trattorians) to warp to our destination in 0.00017 seconds, bypassing all anti-FTL measures. The Britannian, Scythian, and Polonian fleets will gather at Portsmouth in the Grey Sector and launch directly towards Bavaria.
Space Lord Retragon: Of course, we should not underestimate our foe. Bavaria has pulled support from the Pan-Germania region, members of the Third Alliance, and some miscellaneous new factions. Of note are Bavaria’s home defenses, the superpower Venice, and the rapidly growing navy of Luchardsko. We must also consider the strong motive and homefield advantage of the Bavarians, as well as any surprises or superweapons that they could pull on us. Nonetheless, as the unity of three superpowers and three veto powers, I am confident in our victory.
Space Lord Retragon: The time has come when action rather than speech is required. We will set our eyes on Bavaria, their homeworld, and finally crush the kraut Third Alliance threat. Animus in consulendo liber!
