It's weird if the first appearance of actual bears in playsets are badguys instead.
Maybe the white ones are bad?

If living in the year 2014 has taught me anything it's that being white is bad and these bears are obviously taking it to heart

I think I saw at least one good guy bear in the polar bear mech kit. It's a little hard to tell given we're talking about prelims.

One of these days I've really got to find some kind of post-upvoting plugin for this forum

I figured that an upvote system would also have a downvote system.
Personally I would go with a variety of ratings, such as "wow this is trash" to "this is creative" to "i agree with this" to cut down on a certain someone's habit of quoting posts just to agree with them

imgur gallery for the 2015 lineup is down, but this German webstore isn't!

http://www.familienshopping24.de/navi.p ... ng=10&af=0

It also has some later sets w/o pics.

I'd like to point out:
CHI-Bladvics Baeren-Mech
Now I know zilch of German, but even I can figure out this means ANOTHER BEAR MECH IN ADDITION TO THE PREVIOUSLY SEEN POLAR BEAR ONE.

LIKE, GOD.

BEAR VERSUS BEAR IN BEAR MECHSUITS

I CAN'T BEAR THIS.

While browsing through this site, I've found one specific item, that caught my attention:

Image

I don't know, what you guys think, but I think, it bears some close resemblence to my Archanioł Heavy Warwalker:
Image
For example: both mechs have some kind of wings, they have stompy elephant-like legs, without feet (even a similar toe piece!) and quite similar torsos (that grey stripe in particular).

It's confirmed, Mike plagerizes our designs to be made official models of LEGO. :wtc:
I couldn't come up with anything smart, original or funny, so <=THIS=> is what you get.
ENJOY IT!!!

I finally found an example of this, thanks to a random facebook post from Warhead a week or two ago. Look at how many possible ratings you can stick on a facepunch post: http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=778487

Maybe someday I'll figure out what plug-in they're using.

Actually that does look a lot better. Maybe it's time for a new word buttplug.

Well you better learn, because I think bearing is exactly what you're going to have to do.

Don't look at me, I haven't done any concept and model design work (for Lego, anyway) since 2005. Those jobs are definitely the most fun, but they're also the least well-paying, so I've been focused on other areas. Now if other guys at Lego are watching the forums, well, I have no control over that.

But rather than dumb ratings like "dumb" and "funny" and "upvote" we'd have ratings like :wtc: and :troll: and :sparta: and :sbr:

Yep, facepunch is the first thing that came to my mind. iirc they're using vbulletin and the ratings plugin is built from scratch

I know of a way to do it with mybb but that would require merging with new forum software and I know how much you love phpbb
