My roommate gave me the best Crimbo present ever: a Venezuelan Sun Tiger Tarantula.

She's venomous so it's not like I'll ever get to play with her, but I named her Freja after The Duke's Dear Freja from Dark Souls II. Almost went with Queelag and she's even the same colors, but she doesn't exactly have the torso of a naked woman sprouting out of her head.

Either way having a sick ass tarantula is the coolest shit ever.

Me either, but apparently the venom's only bad enough to give me a fever and paralyze my arm for up to a week. Apparently there's no such thing as Tarantula antivenom, but i guess no Tarantula has ever killed anyone that wasn't allergic. So I guess I got that going for me?

She will. I haven't fed her yet since they only feed like every 2 week, but that's certainly on the menu. Kinda wanna see if I can get her to eat a goldfish sometime.

You should get it to poison you every once in a while so you can build up an immunity.
