They have build-a-fig bins there, which tend to have lots of CMF parts. I wouldn't normally go for it, but I still all the dark green hoods, and lucked into the red one(which I think only come from the old little red riding hood fig).

I only saw one.

I still can't quite comprehend the scale of this kit. I guess the space shuttle gives a rough idea of how massive this model is. Hopefully I'll get a UV protective display case for this when I have my bedroom redecorated, as this kit deserves it.

I know bagged up bricklink orders aren't the most interesting loot post, but the wait for this order to arrive from Germany has killed me.



Originally it was just to be small arms for my infantry, but I got a bit carried away. 70 europeso's later, and I have parts for artillery, and tank/vehicle parts.



Really why I am making this post is these things. Saw them featured and went . Appears in only appears in one set which I not only didn't even recognise, but I still haven't a clue what the fuck it is meant to be. Anyway, the part reminds me of 40K style tank treads, and my thought is I could wrap technic tracks around two of them with a brick gap inbetween, for some easy tank tracks. If anyone has any better ideas on how to use this part, then I am all ears.

That is to say, I'd be using these parts to polish off some Death Tanks right now, but I need to drag my ass down to the polling station, as should the ~2 other Britwarriors who post on the forums.

Here you go. It says two sets, but it appears to be just a variant of the same kit. Damn weird looking set in my opinion, sort of like an early version of mindstorms. Even appears to have some kind of game with it. The part name suggests it was designed for technic tracks, but the set only includes rubber ones.

When I get back I'll have a play and see what I can come up with. Length is a little too short to make a reasonable size MBT, but a quad track could make a sweet SHDT base (That is why I got them, Size 14 with the Crusader seems a bit pedestrian, and I need the biggest Supertank in the country to satisfy myself). Could also make a nice set of tracks for a smaller tank, or a specialist vehicle.

Oooh, cybermaster - my initial hunch was znap. The piece is certainly as decadent as that time period was for TLG. Really does make you think of a land raider or the like, hope you can figure something cool out with it.
