Harakiri got to love it. Also about the teen years when the Ninja theme was out I was only about 7 or 8 and only got one or two of the sets none of them having a samurai.

Very nice stuff J+B, I'm most envious. However, you might consider reducing the overall size down by one Minifig so as to have The Seven Samurai. That would make it even more badass. Of course if you have a spare Samurai you can't use I would always be willing to help... :D

When I was little, my mum only bought me impulse sets. I got ONE set of ninjas before they were deleted.

I buy nearly all my lego from goodwill/garagesales and I have like 15 figs from the ninja line, so they can't be all that hard to get, I would think

Dang right, it's a classic. So's the Anime rendition...Samurai fighting armies of giant robot bandits and launching huge tree-spears using primitive technology?

Win.

Yeah, it is a classic for sure, I have both Criterion editions of Seven Samurai and some of Kurosawa's other films.

The anime Samurai 7, I thought was well done. It's worth buying.
