The KPR is a Peacheneg, Pro 45th Union seperatist entity that operates around the Kopachy system, They are characterized as an aggressive and hardnosed group, Some see them as "Freedom Fighters" of the Oppressed Peacheneg population of the Gold Sector, although others see them as nothing but pawns of the 45th Union, and are rumored to recieve both direct and indirect support from their friends in the Union
Even Fellow Peachenegs in the Armata Coalition, tend to avoid contact with them, not enemies, but not friends either.
