History
Founded and led by the former politician of the Grand Uasciri Empire, Sir Collins. His political career ended in what was thought to be his assassination. He was taken in by a crime lord who had experiments performed on Sir Collins which resulted in the deterioration of his entire body except for his brain. After his old supporters constructed a vessel for his new form, he used his political prowess to take over the criminal underworld. He vowed to exact his vengeance, and did by rallying a rebellion which toppled the Uasciri government. With the success of his plan, he now looks to grow stronger than he ever could in his political career. He has assembled the strongest underworld crime syndicate the Uasciric region has ever seen.
